You only pay for what you need

Michele shows you inside your ears on a camera screen first, and you pay only for the ears that need treatment.

Microsuction and irrigation

Not every clinic offers both. Michele uses whichever suits your wax, or both, for the same price.

Three ways to remove wax

The right method depends on where the wax sits, how hard it is and the shape of your ear canal. Michele looks first, then explains which she recommends and why.

Manual removal

When the wax is close enough and in the right position, Michele lifts it out with fine instruments. Where it is possible, this is the safest option.

Microsuction

A fine suction tube removes the wax while she watches closely. It is the next safest, and often the choice for wax deeper in the canal. Ear microsuction

Warm water irrigation

A gentle, controlled flow of warm water flushes softened wax out. It works well when the wax has had a few days of olive oil. Ear irrigation

Narrow or sensitive ear canals are not a problem. Michele will tell you which method she is using and check you are comfortable before she starts. Whichever she uses, or if she combines them, you pay per ear, not per method.
