  • Can I accompany the patient?

    Generally we only allow the patient into the clinic. The only exception to this are parents of young children up to the age of 16 and carers of an elderley or inform patient.

  • Do I need to do anything before booking?

    Yes - If you know that you definately have an ear wax issue then prior to your clinic booking you should be applying olive oil or an other pharmacy approved product to loosen the ear wax for AT LEAST 2 days before your appointment - ideally 5 days. Olice oil drops should be applied at least twice a day.
