You only pay for what you need
Michele shows you inside your ears on a camera screen first, and you pay only for the ears that need treatment.
Microsuction and irrigation
Not every clinic offers both. Michele uses whichever suits your wax, or both, for the same price.

Booked one ear, or both?
Inside an ear canal, filmed on Michele's camera.
When you book online you choose one ear or both. It is easy to guess wrong, because a blocked ear can make it hard to tell what the other one is doing. It does not matter.
Booked both, wax in one
Michele shows you on screen that only one ear needs treating. You pay £35, not £50.
Booked one, wax in both
She shows you both ears. If you are happy to have both done, she does them there and then for £50.
Michele leaves time between appointments for exactly this, so you will not be rushed or asked to come back for the other ear.
