For ear wax removal procedures, please allow an hour, if a second appointment is required due to compounded wax there will be no additional charge.

If our ear wax removal specialist identifies any potential issues regarding the safe removal of your wax e.g. an existing infection or ear drum damage, we will advise you to see your GP or a hearing specialist.
